8. Interest Rate of 6.5% is applicable to buyers with gross monthly income MAXIMUM of 17,500/mo working in Metro Manila or gross monthly income MAXIMUM of 14,000/mo working outside Metro Manila with loanable amount maximum of P750,000

9. Any loan difference will be shouldered by the buyer
